Garbage Refuse Truck

Garbage refuse truck adopts integrated electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical control methods and uses multi-way valves. Operators can control the system via either handles or buttons. The dual-purpose multi-way directional valve-operable both manually and electrically-compensates for the limitations of electrical control alone. When the garbage truck discharges waste in harsh environments, operators can control the process from the cab, improving their working conditions. The garbage refuse truck hydraulically self-resetting rear multi-way directional valve ensures convenient, labor-saving operation.

To reduce wastewater leakage, two wastewater tanks are installed at the bottom of the main container and the filling device, respectively. The front wastewater tank's discharge is controlled by a ball valve, while the rear wastewater tank is sealed with a rubber plate for excellent sealing performance. A rubber sealing strip provides a seal between the container body and the filling device, preventing secondary pollution caused by wastewater leakage.

The use of a safe, reliable lifting cylinder ensures operators' safety. Additionally, dedicated hydraulic hoses and compression hose connectors are provided to guarantee the hydraulic system's reliability and durability.

The hydraulic oil tank features dual filtration, which maintains hydraulic oil cleanliness and extends the service life of hydraulic components. The robust MC nylon guide slider enables smooth movement of the sliding board.

Different robotic arm flipping devices are selected based on the type of garbage being collected. This device quickly and accurately transfers waste from buckets into the filling device, significantly reducing workers' labor intensity. It is also equipped with work lights to facilitate nighttime operations.

⬆Featuring large-capacity bins and automatic compression, it holds four times more waste than regular trucks. Electric operation ensures no noise or emissions, with manual, remote, and button controls for ease of use.
