Waste Garbage Collection Truck

This waste garbage collection truck integrates the design advantages of garbage trucks nationwide and addresses the design flaws of previous models. It has undergone demonstrations and tests by social sanitation professionals, reaching an internationally advanced level-with its technical performance indicators and product quality leading in China.​

The waste garbage collection truck adopts an integrated electro-pneumatic-hydraulic-mechanical control system and uses Italian-imported multi-way valves. Operators can control the system via both handles and buttons. Manual and electric multi-directional control valves complement each other to make up for potential gaps in electric control. When dumping garbage at harsh landfill sites, operators can perform operations from inside the cab, significantly improving their working environment. The rear multi-directional control valve is equipped with hydraulic automatic reset, ensuring convenient and labor-saving operation.​

To reduce sewage leakage, two sewage tanks (with capacities of 320L and 600L) are installed under the main compartment and compactor. The front sewage tank uses a ball valve for discharge control, while the rear sewage tank adopts a rubber plate for compression-ensuring excellent sealing. Rubber gaskets are used to seal the joints between the tank body and the compactor, preventing secondary pollution caused by water leakage.​

The safe and reliable lifting cylinder ensures absolute personal safety for operators. Italian hydraulic hoses and professional-grade crimped hose connectors guarantee the sealing reliability and durability of the hydraulic system.​

The hydraulic oil tank features double filtration, which ensures the cleanliness of hydraulic oil and extends the service life of hydraulic components. The sturdy, durable MC nylon guide slider ensures smooth movement of the sliding plate-a key component of rear-loaded compact garbage trucks.​

A mechanical arm tilting device is selected based on different garbage collection needs. This device can quickly and accurately pour garbage from barrels into the compactor, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers and enabling efficient operation.
