Product Introduction
This washing sweeper truck can be used independently as a sweeping vehicle for road sweeping and suction operations, as a high-pressure washing vehicle for road washing and suction operations, or as a combined washing and sweeping vehicle that integrates road sweeping, suction, and high-pressure washing functions. This versatility provides various usage options to meet the diverse needs of different users. The vehicle is widely applicable for washing and cleaning urban arterial roads and viaducts.
Performance Characteristics
The washing sweeper truck is equipped with an original Italian-imported plunger pump with a stainless steel pump head, featuring appropriate flow rate and high pressure to ensure efficient cleaning results.
The vehicle uses a single-chip microcomputer-controlled operation box. All operations are performed from the cab, with simple controls and few key switches.
The optimized design of the dust removal box and garbage can makes the vehicle structure more compact. Dust removal is automated, reducing the operator's labor intensity.
The Cummins engine is equipped with a special clutch device, which fully ensures no-load starting of the engine.
The auxiliary engine's air filter intake system adopts an advanced two-stage filtration design, which fully guarantees the engine's air intake quality and extends its service life.
The centrifugal suction fan impeller, provides conditions for long-term suction operations.
Separate washing or sweeping operations can be performed to reduce daily operational consumption.
A power take-off on the side of the chassis gearbox drives the low-pressure water pump, enabling the road sprinkler's low-pressure washing function.
