Powerful Sewage Suction SystemThis Cleaning and Sewage Suction Truck is fitted with vacuum pumps from world-famous brands such as Foton and Dongfeng. The pump features high pumping capacity and strong ultimate vacuum, with a suction lift ranging from 8 to 10 meters. The tank is constructed of high-strength carbon steel or wear-resistant stainless steel with a wall thickness of 5–8 mm, offering outstanding corrosion resistance and negative pressure tolerance. A standard anti-overflow device prevents sewage from flowing into the vacuum pump system and extends the equipment service life.
High-pressure Cleaning & DredgingThis Cleaning and Sewage Suction Truck is equipped with a high-pressure plunger pump, delivering a working pressure of 16–22 MPa and stable water flow. Matched with 60–120 meters of high-pressure hose and various dredging nozzles (diamond, mushroom, rotary cutting and other types), it can effectively crush pipeline blockages caused by sediment, grease, tree roots and other debris. The combined design of high-pressure water jets and sewage suction ports allows synchronous dredging and sewage collection, effectively preventing secondary pollution.
High-efficiency Self-unloading & DischargingThe integrated tank adopts a hydraulic lifting self-discharging structure with a tipping angle of no less than 45 degrees for fast and complete unloading. Large-caliber discharge valves (DN150–DN200) are configured to discharge high-viscosity sludge and mud smoothly. Optional hydraulic rear door opening and screw propeller devices are available to facilitate the discharge of large-sized impurities.
Intelligent Operation & Safety ProtectionThe whole Cleaning and Sewage Suction Truck supports dual operation modes: in-cab remote control and local manual control. Core operating parameters including liquid level, vacuum degree and working pressure are displayed in real time. Fitted with pressure relief valves, check valves, as well as fireproof and explosion-proof devices, the whole machine ensures stable operation of the high-pressure and negative pressure systems. Optional self-cleaning rotary nozzles can be mounted inside the tank to realize one-click inner wall flushing after operation, reducing dirt residue and odor.
